Delivery and setup charge for all rentals within 25 miles of Helena, MT is $150 in addition to the rental fee. Delivery fees beyond 25 miles from Helena vary – please inquire before booking. Full payment is due at time of delivery. 50% deposit is required to hold your rental for booking. Prices are negotiable for long-term use.

Refunds
Reservation deposits are nonrefundable. Rental charges are based on the full rental period agreed to in writing, and returning a trailer early does not automatically qualify the renter for a refund. At least 72 hours’ written notice is required for early pickup. Any refund, credit, or pricing adjustment must be approved by Frozen Trailers LLC in writing.
Long term rental commitments can be negotiated at reduced pricing. Any change in pricing must be approved in writing beforehand.
